BAFTA AWARD NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED

Congratulations to the following clients films which have been nominated for the 2018 BAFTA Awards: DARKEST HOUR, directed by Joe Wright and edited by Valerio Bonelli, landed nine nominations including Best Film and Outstanding British Film; FILM STARS DON’T DIE IN LIVERPOOL, directed by Paul McGuigan, shot by Director of Photography Ula Pontikos, BSC and edited by Nick Emerson received three nominations including Adapted Screenplay; THE DEATH OF STALIN, directed by Armando Iannucci and edited by Peter Lambert was nominated for Outstanding British Film and Adapted Screenplay; LADY MACBETH, directed by William Oldroyd, shot by Director of Photography, Ari Wegner and edited by Nick Emerson, scored a nomination for Outstanding British Film and Outstanding Debut By A British Writer, Director or Producer. Also receiving a nomination for Outstanding British Film and Outstanding Debut By A British Writer, Director or Producer is I AM NOT A WITCH, directed by Rungano Nyoni and edited by George Cragg with production design by Nathan Parker. Receiving a nomination for Film Not In The English Language is ELLE, directed by Paul Verhoeven with production design by Laurent Ott and edited by Job ter Burg, NCE; Willem Dafoe has been nominated for Supporting Actor for his work in THE FLORIDA PROJECT, directed by Sean Baker and shot by Director of Photography, Alexis Zabe and, nominated for British Short Film is WORK, directed by Aniel Karia and shot by Director of Photography, Ben Fordesman. The Awards take place on Sunday 18 February at the Royal Albert Hall, London.
