TWO BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY NOMINATIONS FOR STEVE ANNIS

Director of Photography, Steve Annis, receives two nominations for the Best Cinematography award at this year’s UK Music Video Awards. “Lover to Lover” by FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE directed by Vincent Haycock and “Open Eye Signal” by JON HOPKINS directed by Aoife McArdle both received nods for Best Cinematography, in addition “Open Eye Signal” is selected for the Best Colour Grade category. Director of Photography, Arnaud Potier is nominated for Best Cinematography for “I Love You” by WOODKID with is directed by Woodkid’s Yoann Lemoine.

Also nominated are “The One That Got Away” by THE CIVIL WARS directed by Tom Haines and shot by Lol Crawley BSC (Best UK Rock/Indie Video), “Late Night” by FOALS directed by Nabil and shot by Matyas Erdely HSC (Best Colour Grade, Best UK Rock/Indie Video), “Sacrilege” by YEAH YEAH YEAHS directed by Megaforce and shot by Alexis Zabe (Best Editing, Best International Rock/Indie Video) and “Retrograde” by JAMES BLAKE directed by Martin De Thurah, shot by Martijn Van Broekhuizen and edited by Mikkel E.G. Nielsen receives a nomination for Best Colour Grade.

The winners will be announced at the awards night in London on 28th October.
